Terms of Use

Last updated: 3 October 2026

1. The service

Kailash offers short guided practices — verses from the Bhagavad Gita and the Ribhu Gita with explanations, breathwork, chanting and reflection. The service is provided by Nikita, Warsaw, Poland, contact contact.wizard.io@gmail.com.

2. Not medical advice

Kailash supports relaxation and reflection. It is not therapy and does not replace medical or psychological care. If you are in crisis or your symptoms are serious, please contact a doctor or local emergency services.

3. Your account

4. Free access

Guests receive one free session. A free account adds three more. We may change the free offer in the future.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

6. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract for digital content. When you buy, you ask us to start access immediately and confirm that you lose this right once access begins. If access has not started, you may withdraw within 14 days by writing to contact.wizard.io@gmail.com.

7. Content

Explanations, practices, design and audio on Kailash belong to us or our licensors. Verse renderings are our own wording, based on public-domain sources. You may use the content for personal practice only — not copy, resell or republish it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access limits or payment, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

9. Liability

We provide the service with care but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms; for important changes we will notify you in advance. These terms are governed by the law of Poland, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
